PaCSIA PSEA Policy
Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse: To promulgate a policy of zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) for all PaCSIA employees, contractors, and related personnel and to ensure that roles, responsibilities, and expected standards of conduct in relation to SEA are known within PaCSIA. To create and maintain a safe environment, free from SEA, by taking appropriate measures for this purpose, internally and in the communities where PaCSIA operates, through robust prevention and response work.
Conflict of Interest Policy
PaCSIA acknowledges that conflicts of interest are common and not inherently unethical, but they must be openly declared and appropriately managed. This policy sets out how board members, consultants, facilitators, staff, and volunteers identify, disclose, and manage any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest, protecting PaCSIA’s integrity, independence, and mission. It establishes a confidential Register of Interests, defines the Board’s oversight role, and sets clear safeguards where Board members undertake paid work on PaCSIA’s behalf.
